Tamar Zarginava successfully graduated from Eastern European University of Economics and Management Bachelor program in law, in 2013, and in 2015 she received a Master's degree in law at the same university.
In 2007-2011 she was the head of the administration of the Tbilisi Secular University, in 2011-2012 she was a performer of duties of Rector of International Teaching University of Georgia, and in 2012-2014 she was the head of the Rector's Office of the same university. In 2015-2017, she served as the Head of Administration at European University and since 2017 she is a Vice Rector for International Relations.
